MANILA – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announces the STL result for April 16, 2021 in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao at 10:30AM, 3:00PM and 7:00PM draws.

The departmentalized Small Town Lottery (STL) draws are held everyday from Monday to Sunday in areas in Visayas and Mindanao. The localized STL games are also held in certain locations in Luzon (see below the list of areas).

Meanwhile, the 7PM STL draws for Mindanao area has been re-scheduled to 8PM starting March 23, 2021.

Aside from lottopcso.com, players can also watch the STL results in real-time via PTV as well as their online accounts via Facebook and Twitter. The official Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office accounts are airing the lotto draws as well. In special occasions such as important national holidays, PCSO is announcing the suspension of draws days before the scheduled draw date.

How to play the STL Games?

STL Pares Mechanics

  • Pick your numbers from 1 to 40 and pay the bet.
  • Like EZ2, the single-chambered machine is used to draw. After the first number is drawn, the machine is restarted for the second winning number.
  • Bettor wins if he got the winning numbers in exact order.
  • The draw is aired at official pages of STL Visayas and Mindanao.

STL Swer3 Mechanics

  • Pick your numbers from 0 to 9 on three (3) columns panel.
  • Pay the bet.
  • Similar to Swertres, a three-chambered machine is used to determine the lucky digits.
  • Bettor wins if he got the winning numbers in exact order.

STL Swer2 Mechanics

  • Pick your numbers from 0 to 9 on two (2) columns panel.
  • Pay the bet.
  • A two-chambered machine is used for to determine the lucky digits.
  • Bettor wins if he got the winning numbers in exact order.

STL Swer4 Mechanics

  • Pick your numbers from 0000 to 9999 on four (4) columns panel.
  • Pay the bet.
  • A single-chambered machine is used for to determine the lucky digits.
  • Bettor wins if he got the winning numbers in exact order.
  • The draw is exclusive to Mindanao area and is drawn everyday at 7:00PM.

PCSO Betting Protocols

Amid the pandemic, all lotto enthusiasts must follow the new rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets in buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.

This is to minimize, if not stop, the spread of COVID-19.

  • Make sure to wear a face mask. Bettor(s) with no face mask will not be allowed to bet.
  • Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
  • Bring your own pen.
  • Alcohol or sanitizers are available in the lotto outlet. Sanitize before betting.
  • A money tray is available to eliminate contact.
  • Avoid littering. Throw the play slips in the trash bin.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water when you return home.

PCSO Medical/Financial Assistance

Filipino individuals who are in need of medical financial assistance to augment the costly medical expenses can apply for PCSO Individual Medical Assistance Program (IMAP). The requests covered by the Medical Access Program include confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis and medicines.

Update July 7, 2024: The current PCSO e-lotto app will be unavailable starting July 13, 2024. In an official announcement, PCSO stated that this is due to a transition to new and improved e-lotto solutions. In the meantime, lotto enthusiasts can still purchase their tickets at the nearest lotto outlets.
