The departmentalized STL lotto draws are held everyday from Monday to Sunday at 10:30AM, 3:00PM and 7:00PM.

How to play the STL Pares, Swer3 and Swer2?
Player wins in STL Pares shall he/she got the two (2) lucky numbers from 1-40 in exact order. For STL Swer3, the mechanics are similar to Swertres Lotto wherein a player can win the three (3) numbers from 0-9 (in exact order) while for STL Swer2, the player wins if he/she got the two (2) numbers from 0-9 (in exact order).

PCSO Betting Protocols
Amid the pandemic, all lotto enthusiasts must follow the new rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets in buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
This is to minimize, if not stop, the spread of COVID-19.
- Make sure to wear a face mask. Bettor(s) with no face mask will not be allowed to bet.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Alcohol or sanitizers are available in the lotto outlet. Sanitize before betting.
- A money tray is available to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering. Throw the play slips in the trash bin.
- Wash your hands with soap and water when you return home.
PCSO announcement(s) and notice(s)
Update July 7, 2024: The current PCSO e-lotto app will be unavailable starting July 13, 2024. In an official announcement, PCSO stated that this is due to a transition to new and improved e-lotto solutions. In the meantime, lotto enthusiasts can still purchase their tickets at the nearest lotto outlets.
