How to play the STL Games?

STL Pares Mechanics

STL Pares allows players to choose two numbers from 1 to 40 and place a bet. A single-chambered machine is used to draw the winning numbers. After the first number is drawn, the machine is restarted to determine the second number. A bettor wins if the numbers match in exact order. The draw is broadcast on the official STL Visayas and Mindanao pages.

STL Swer3 Mechanics

In STL Swer3, players pick three digits from 0 to 9 using the three-column panel and place a bet. A three-chambered machine, similar to Swertres, is used to draw the winning digits. A bettor wins if all three digits are matched in exact order.

STL Swer2 Mechanics

STL Swer2 requires players to select two digits from 0 to 9 in the two-column panel and place a bet. A two-chambered machine determines the winning digits. A bettor wins if the selected numbers match in exact order.

STL Swer4 Mechanics

For STL Swer4, players choose a four-digit number from 0000 to 9999 using the four-column panel and place a bet. A single-chambered machine draws the winning digits. A bettor wins if the numbers are matched in exact order. This draw is exclusive to Mindanao and is conducted daily at 7:00 PM.

PCSO announcement(s) and notice(s)

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) increased the price of lotto tickets from ₱20 to ₱25 to boost the jackpot prizes of its major lotto games, effective February 2025.

According to PCSO General Manager Mel Robles, the price adjustment is intended not only to increase jackpot amounts but also to generate more funds for the agency’s charity and welfare programs.

He emphasized that increased participation driven by larger jackpots directly supports PCSO’s mandate, saying:

More importantly, the increased participation fueled by these larger jackpots directly expands the funds generated for the PCSO’s vital mission: providing health, medical assistance, and social welfare programs to millions of Filipinos.”

“Every ticket purchased is not just a chance to win; it’s a contribution to the nation’s welfare.”
